The group comprising Jointline Holdings Limited, Jointline Limited and Red Rose Pavements Limited was established in 1986. The companies are based in Witham St Hughs near Lincoln with regional depots at Bradford and Kingston upon Thames.

The group has evolved from the core company, Jointline Ltd, into a group consisting of many specialist units which undertake various aspects of airport/highway new and maintenance works, world-wide.
